Restore Hope

Welcome to a space created for trauma survivors and high-achieving individuals who long to move from survival into grounded inner leadership.

You can be strong and still need support.

Many of the individuals I serve:

Carry invisible pressure to hold everything together

Struggle with an inner critic despite success

Feel responsible for others’ emotions

Have experienced trauma but minimized its impact

Desire therapy that honors both psychology and faith

If this sounds familiar, you are not weak. You may simply be carrying more than you were meant to carry alone.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience in school counseling and private practice. My work centers on experiential therapy to help clients not only understand their story but experience emotional healing in real time.

Together we:

  • Identify protective patterns and symptoms that once made sense
  • Differentiate past survival responses form present reality
  • Strengthen inner leadership
  • Develop emotional regulation and self-trust
  • Move from insight to embodied change

Healing happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to experience something new, not just think something new.

Faith as a Resource When Desired

For clients who value a Christian perspective, I thoughtfully integrate faith as a source of strength, resilience, and growth.

Faith is never imposed. It is offered as s resource that reflects how God designed us for connection, restoration, and renewal. Spiritual maturity and emotional maturity are not in conflict. They grow together.

From Survival to Inner Leadership

Trauma and high responsibility often teach us to survive by achieving.  But there is another way.

You can learn to become a steady internal resource for yourself by being grounded rather than driven, compassionate rather than critical, and strong without being harsh.

Even flowers grow through cracked places. Growth is still possible.

If You Are Considering Counseling

Reaching out for support does not mean something is wrong with you. It may mean you are ready to heal more deeply. If this message resonates with you, I invite you to learn more about working together.
